he Carrying angles were determined by measuring the angle formed by lines joining the. mid-point of the wrist and the mid-point of the humeral head, as located by palpation, with the mid-point of the antecubital space with the elbow fully extended and the forearm in supination. As the results of the study of 180 normal korean comprising thirty boys, thirty adolescents, thirty men, thirty girls, thirty adolescents and thirty women, the each group being aged 3 to 11, 12 to 22, 23 to 67 years respectively, following conclusions were obtained. 1) Data of the measurements on carrying angles are shown in table 7. 2) The values in men are averaged 10.9 degrees with a range from 0 to 22 degrees; in women, the average is 13. 1 degrees, with a range from 2 to 24 degrees.
